Stage 4 · Grow
Since 2 February 2025, those who use artificial intelligence systems must ensure an adequate level of AI literacy among their staff, according to role, system used and the risks involved. The DaSP Training program, for accredited laboratories, quality departments and companies’ in-house laboratories, helps you analyze the uses of AI, train people, from foundation literacy to role-specific training, and document the measures adopted. The obligation remains with the organization; we help you make it documented and verifiable.
The artificial intelligence course, the same for everyone, two hours of slides, a certificate for the file. Article 4 does not ask for this.
Whoever uses an assistant to write an offer does not need the same training as whoever verifies an agent’s output before signature. The program starts from how you really work.
Training tailored to role and context is what the European Commission indicates in its answers on Article 4.
All staff, those who use AI in their work, those who supervise, those who assess risks, those who verify, management: for each, what they need to know, what they practice on, what stays in your register, and the catalog course.
Try it: the program changes, the responsibility does not.
The role
The program for this role
All staff
01
Authorized tools and real uses in the processes: assistants, AI functions in software, agents, document analysis.
02
Occasional users, operators, process owners, those who verify outputs: for each, the systems used, the limits, the consequences of an error.
03
A common module and modules for those who handle data, configure, use outputs in professional activities or supervise; exercises on your cases.
04
Operating instructions: permitted tools, data that may be entered, checks on outputs, escalation, human approval; practical test on request.
05
Program, recipients, materials, register of activities, test outcomes and an update plan for when tools, roles or processes change.

For laboratories and quality departments
The same method holds for an accredited laboratory and for the quality department of a company that uses a generative assistant on its procedures.
DaSP certificate of attendance
Every course ends with a learning assessment and a certificate of attendance with program and hours: a training record. There is no certification required by Article 4.
Beyond Article 4
Further requirements apply to high-risk systems, starting with the competence of those who exercise human oversight: that is a separate service, the AI Act obligations assessment.
The AI Act obligations assessmentWith your systems
The exercises use your tools and your cases, not a manufacturer’s manual.
Program designed on Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and on the European Commission’s answers on AI literacy. Meeting the obligation remains with the organization: DaSP provides analysis, training and elements for the register.
No. Article 4 asks for measures and the Commission indicates an internal register as documentation. The program gives you the elements for that register: program, materials, activities, outcomes.
Yes. Whoever uses an assistant to write or translate must know its risks, starting with inaccurate answers: it is the Commission’s own example.
There is no legal minimum. It depends on the role and the systems: the program defines it after the survey.
If it was the same for everyone, it probably does not cover the risks of the systems you really use. We start from that and add what is missing, by role.
They require more: staff trained to manage them and to exercise human oversight. That is the AI Act obligations assessment, a separate service.
Bring the list of the tools you use and three real cases: we leave the first meeting with the map of roles and the program proposal.
Meeting the obligation remains yours. The program gives you analysis, role-based training and elements for the register.
