Where is my data stored, and who is responsible for it? It is the question of the IT manager and of management, and it deserves a precise answer. Foundations is the stage beneath all the others: the platform where the laboratory’s LIMS, agents and data live.
DaSP does not sell infrastructure. LABNEXUS is DaSP’s cloud platform where the AI agents and ATLAS LIMS live: DaSP chooses it, configures it and runs it, inside the projects, with a single point of contact for the laboratory.
Dedicated environments
Each laboratory has its own installation, separate from the others: no environments shared between customers. The platform is made of five systems — computing, cloud, storage, applications, GPU acceleration — that the laboratory does not need to know: it sees them as a LIMS that responds and agents that work.
Where the data is stored
Servers exclusively in Switzerland, in several redundant data centers: the data does not leave the European perimeter. The partner data centers LABNEXUS runs on are ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certified, TIER III+ class. The certifications belong to the partner data centers, not to DaSP.
Business continuity
Backups, restore procedures and updates are part of the managed platform, not of a separate contract: encrypted backups with tested restore, data always exportable. DaSP is the one who answers, with a single point of contact for the laboratory.
People, data and instruments
The platform is where the instruments at the bench, the LIMS data and the agents’ work meet. Foundations is there to make them talk to each other, with the people who are accountable for them.
Foundations is not bought on its own: it is the platform where ATLAS LIMS and the LABNEXUS agents live.
